| The hotel’s restaurant "La
Cuina del Teatre" is located in what was once the theatre of
the village of Regencós. The building, which was originally
put up in 1850, has been restored with great taste, preserving its
original layout and structure as a theatre and subsequently as a cinema
and assembly hall for the village. La Cuina del Teatre can seat 54 diners in the former theatre building and a modern, glass-enclosed, transparent restaurant area overlooking the hotel garden. The space has extremely good acoustics, an excellent aspect and plenty of natural light and has been designed with top-class materials and finishes to provide a modern, relaxed and cosy atmosphere. La Cuina del Teatre serves traditional Catalan cooking based on premier quality seasonal products, fresh fish and the most highly appreciated meat in the area. Our chef adds a personal and modern touch in the surprising mixture of flavours and products and in the presentation of his dishes. |
